Our fabrics are woven from 100% Organic Cotton, Silk and Rayon, and have a natural touch, breathability and genuine look.
Lilies garments are produced ethically in Indian workshops that align with our values, promising fair working conditions and compensation for their workers.
Our Garment are made in a process called "Block Printing"
Block print is an ancient, traditional dyeing method that has existed in India for over a thousand years. With this method, our artists carefully carve the desired pattern onto a wooden block, press the block into fresh paint that they concocted and then immediately press the wooden block on the fabric repeatedly until the desired print is achieved. Creating the printed fabric alone takes between 3 to 4 weeks. What makes this style of fabric printing unique is its imperfection. Our prints are never 100% identical to each other and therefore, each of our garments is one of a kind and there is only one like it in the world.
Our garments are made from GOTS-certified organic fabrics.
GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) is the worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic fibres, including ecological and social criteria, backed up by independent certification of the entire textile supply chain.
