SHIPPING

Please note that all international customers are liable to be asked to pay country/state import duties and taxes at the time of delivery of your parcel.

Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days when shipping internationally.

RETURNS

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at liliesbyshiran@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your items. Your return must be postmarked back to Lilies within 30 days after approval.

Returns shall only be accepted if the product is received unworn and undamaged, with the original hangtags. The cost of returning the product shall be on account of the purchaser and must be sent back to Lilies with a trackable shipping service. After receiving the item, Lilies shall refund the amount paid for the product within 10 days.

Please do not send your order back before contacting us at liliesbyshiran@gmail.com and receiving an approval notification.

TRACKING MY RETURN

We recommend that you return merchandise to us using a traceable shipping method. Please retain record of your tracking number so that you are able to monitor the progress of the return as it is in route back to us.
