Where do you deliver to?

We deliver worldwide.

 

What are your delivery methods?

We work with Flexport express delivery.

 

What are your delivery times?

Flexport Express delivery should reach you within 4-6 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  

Will I have to pay for customs & duties?

All international customers (Out of USA) are responsible for customs & duties within their own country.

Lilies is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro & Amex.

Lilies also accepts payment by PayPal, a secure payment method which allows you to make online payments without having to enter your credit card number. All you need is your email address and PayPal password.

 

Is your payment method safe?

Lilies does not capture your credit card details. Our Pigment method is 100% safe and secure. 

 

How do I track my parcel?

In your order confirmation email, you will find a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website where you can track your parcel.

 

What happens if I do not receive my parcel?

Please contact us on info@liliesboho.com quoting your order number and tracking number so we can investigate the matter with the carrier.

 

Can I return a product I bought on sale?

Yes, You can receive a credit note for the cost of the item.
